How do you get started? Ask your physician to refer you to the program or contact Wellspring directly and schedule for your physical assessment with one of our Clinical Specialists. This appointment will include a health history and lifestyle survey, status of current medical condition, review of short-term and long-term goals, as well as determining muscular imbalances, cardiovascular condition, and functional capacity. |
