1-on-1 Personal Training
Wellspring's personal training department provides 1-on-1 personal training in semi-private upscale studio settings.
Since training is what we do and what we place our focus on, we have the ability to create programs that are designed specifically for you, rather than a cookie cutter program designed for the masses.
Our programs are based on two, three, and four days per week, and renew on a monthly basis, therefore, there are no contracts or long-term commitments, and clients are free to come and go as they please.
Most training sessions are 30-minutes in duration, with the ability to increase to 1-hr, but is not recommended until further into the development process. In addition, we have found that most people actually spend only 20-minutes doing resistance training in the typical gym. The remainder of the time is spent waiting on machines, walking through the exercise floor, or socializing. Our programs usually double the overall volume of the typical program, thus creating better results through development. There is absolutely no lost time in our workouts.
We believe that you cannot accurately chart your course without knowing your starting point.
 Therefore, each journey begins with a free, in-depth assessment consisting of body-fat/BMI measurement, fitness profile, nutritional analysis, and goal setting session. That info is then used to create a comprehensive fitness and nutrition plan that is either set in motion by the in-house trainers and nutrition staff, or taken for use in your perspective gym or health club.
A vital part of all of our programs is the nutritional consultation, in which you will sit down with us to determine what you have been doing and develop a plan of exactly how you should eat to achieve and maintain your goals. This is an ongoing process, evaluated weekly, and is included in the monthly membership. |
